Every plant is carefully hand-potted by our team using our signature Black Label Houseplant Mix. We focus on proper root support, clean presentation, and long-term plant health — so your plant leaves refreshed and ready to thrive.
Pest Treatment Policy
We inspect every plant upon drop-off. If we identify an active pest infestation (spider mites, fungus gnats, mealybugs, etc.), we'll treat as needed and notify you. A small treatment add-on fee may apply for heavy infestations. We always aim to give your plant the best start in its new pot — pest-free.
Aftercare Tips
Fresh soil means your plant doesn't need watering right away — wait 5–7 days before the first soak. Keep it in bright, indirect light for 2 weeks to reduce transplant stress. Don't fertilize for 4–6 weeks. A little drooping is normal; it should perk back up within a few days.
