The Alocasia 'Azlanii' Pup Cup is the perfect way to grow one of the hobby's most coveted jewel Alocasias from the very beginning. Known for its metallic, iridescent foliage with deep burgundy, emerald green, and shimmering silver veining, Azlanii is prized by collectors for its dramatic coloration and compact growth. Each pup is carefully established in its own cup, giving you the opportunity to watch this rare beauty mature into a stunning specimen.
Collector Rarity: Very Rare ⭐⭐⭐⭐
✦Why You'll Love It
- •Starting with a pup offers the rewarding experience of growing this extraordinary collector plant through every stage of its journey. As it matures, each new leaf develops richer metallic tones and more pronounced veining, creating an ever-changing display that makes Alocasia 'Azlanii' one of the most sought-after jewel Alocasias in cultivation.
Please Note
You will receive one established Alocasia 'Azlanii' pup cup. As a young plant, size, leaf count, and coloration will naturally vary. Juvenile foliage may not yet display the full metallic coloring and pronounced veining seen on mature specimens. If you choose shipping, please purchase at your own discretion. While every order is carefully packaged and shipped in excellent health, live plants may experience cosmetic damage, shipping stress, leaf movement, or natural changes during transit due to carrier handling and environmental conditions. By selecting shipping, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks. Minor cosmetic imperfections are considered normal and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.
✦Care Summary
- •Light: Bright, indirect light. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can damage the foliage.
- •Water: Water when the top inch of soil begins to dry, keeping the soil lightly and evenly moist without becoming waterlogged.
- •Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity and thrives in a warm, humid environment.
- •Temperature: Best grown between 65–85°F and protected from cold temperatures and drafts.
- •Soil: A chunky, well-draining aroid mix that provides excellent aeration and moisture balance.
- •Growth Habit: Compact, upright tropical perennial with slow to moderate growth.
- •Pet Safety: Not pet friendly. Toxic if ingested.
- •A tiny beginning with incredible potential, the Alocasia 'Azlanii' Pup Cup is the perfect addition for collectors who love watching rare plants grow into something truly spectacular. 🌿✨
