The Alocasia ‘Regal Shields’ is a bold tropical beauty known for its large, shield-shaped foliage in deep green to nearly black tones with contrasting lighter green veining. As it matures, its leaves can become impressively large, giving this Alocasia a dramatic, upright presence in any plant collection.
Rarity: Uncommon
✦Why You’ll Love It
- •Large, dramatic shield-shaped foliage
- •Deep green to nearly black coloration
- •Beautiful contrasting veining
- •Upright, statement-making growth
- •Leaves become increasingly impressive with maturity
Please Note: Each Alocasia ‘Regal Shields’ is unique and may vary naturally in size, leaf count, coloration, and maturity. Younger 4" plants will develop their signature larger, darker foliage as they mature. Alocasias may yellow or drop an older leaf during acclimation and can experience slowed growth or dormancy during cooler conditions. Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal and do not affect overall plant health. The Luxe Leaf Co. is not liable for carrier delays, mishandling, lost packages, temperature-related damage, or shipping damage once the plant is in the carrier’s possession.

- •Temperature: Prefers 65–85°F; protect from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes
- •Growth & Soil: Upright, fast-growing Alocasia; prefers a chunky, airy, well-draining aroid mix
- •Pet Safety: Toxic if ingested
- •Bold, dark foliage that only gets more dramatic as it grows. 🌿🖤
