The Chameleon ZZ Plant is a colorful twist on the classic ZZ, loved for its glossy foliage that changes dramatically as it matures. New growth emerges in vibrant shades of golden yellow to lime green before gradually transitioning into a deeper, rich green, creating multiple shades of color on the same plant at once.
Collector Rarity: Uncommon Collector
✦Why You'll Love It
- •The Chameleon ZZ is loved for its constantly changing foliage and incredibly easygoing nature. Its bright new growth creates a beautiful contrast against mature dark green leaves, while its upright growth habit makes it an eye-catching yet low-maintenance addition to any collection.
Please Note: This listing is for a 4-inch Chameleon Zz Plant. Leaf color, maturity, and fullness will naturally vary, and the signature yellow-lime new growth will gradually deepen to green as it matures. Minor cosmetic damage or stress may occur during shipping and acclimation. By purchasing, you acknowledge these natural variations and shipping limitations and agree to The Luxe Leaf Co.’s shipping and Live Arrival Guarantee policies.
✦Care Summary
- •Light: Bright, indirect light is best for vibrant growth, though it can tolerate lower-light conditions. Avoid harsh direct sunlight.
- •Water: Allow the soil to dry thoroughly between waterings. ZZ Plants store water in their rhizomes and are especially sensitive to overwatering.
- •Humidity: Adaptable to average household humidity and does not require high humidity.
- •Soil: Prefers a chunky, fast-draining soil mix that allows excess moisture to drain freely.
- •Pet Safety: Toxic if ingested. Keep away from pets and children.
- •A colorful, low-maintenance ZZ with ever-changing foliage that brings shades of gold, lime, and deep green to your collection. 🌿💚✨
