Frequently Asked Questions
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on plants, cuttings, corms, and accessories — whether you shop online or in person. Points are calculated from your item subtotal only (tax and shipping don't count).
How do I check my balance?
Visit our Rewards page, enter your email, and we'll send a secure verification code. Enter the code to see your current balance, lifetime points, and recent activity.
Do points expire?
No. Points currently do not expire while the Luxe Leaf Rewards Program remains active.
Can customers redeem more than one reward?
No. One reward may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise stated.
Do taxes count toward points?
No. Points are earned on merchandise subtotal only.
Can I earn points on in-person purchases?
Yes! Whether you pay with cash, card, or split tender at our Bakersfield shop, you earn the same 1 point per $1 spent.
What if I return an item?
If an order is refunded, the points earned from that order are reversed from your balance. This keeps your rewards accurate and fair.
Is my rewards data secure?
Absolutely. We use email verification to ensure only you can access your rewards. Your balance and transaction history are never visible to other customers.
Can I use my Birthday Plant toward a more expensive plant?
Yes. Simply pay the difference and we'll apply your Birthday Plant value toward your purchase.
How do I move up a tier?
Tier status is based on lifetime qualifying purchases.
Important Reminders
- •Rewards cannot be added after checkout.
- •Points are added after the purchase is completed (in-store) or automatically after successful online payment.
- •Rewards expire after 30 minutes when issued at the POS.
- •You must have the full point amount before redeeming.

Points
- •Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
- •Merchandise subtotal only.
- •Taxes, shipping, gift cards, services, donations, and discounts do not earn points.
- •Points cannot be transferred, shared, gifted, purchased, or sold.
- •Points have no cash value.
Reward Redemption
- •Rewards may only be redeemed by the account holder.
- •Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
- •Rewards cannot be applied to previous purchases.
- •Rewards cannot reduce an order below $0.00.
- •Any unused reward value is forfeited.
- •One reward per transaction unless otherwise stated.
- •Rewards may not be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically permitted.
Tier Status
- •Based on lifetime qualifying purchases.
- •Redeeming points does not reduce tier status.
Google Review Reward
- •One verified Google Review earns one 5% off coupon.
- •Limited to one reward per customer.
- •Reviews must be publicly visible and verifiable.
- •Deleted and reposted reviews do not qualify for additional rewards.
Purchase Tracking
- •Rewards account must be provided before checkout.
- •Points cannot be added to previous purchases.
Birthday Plant
- •Valid once during your birthday month.
- •One eligible in-stock plant.
- •May be upgraded by paying the difference.
- •Available while supplies last.

Abuse & Fraud
The Luxe Leaf Co. reserves the right to remove points, rewards, tier status, or terminate rewards membership if abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, manipulation of the rewards program, or misuse is suspected.

The Luxe Leaf Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program, point values, reward offerings, tier qualifications, benefits, and program terms at any time without prior notice.
